The Northwest Vermont Prevention Network launched in December 2021, following a year of community planning. Our development and activities are guided by a 5-Year Strategic Plan that was developed through conversation with more than 100 partners in our region.
The Northwest Vermont Regional Prevention Network provides a regional framework for people and organizations to come together around a holistic and comprehensive approach to the preventing substance misuse and promoting wellbeing in our communities.
